Consulting and assistence on relationships between companies or private individuals and public authorities regarding income and indirect taxes, both national and international. National and international tax planning for businnesses. Legal aid in tax litigation.
Corporate and Contractual Area
Corporate law consulting (incorporations, changes and dissolutions or winding up both of partnership and companies; relationships dealing with shareholders, the company and its bodies); consulting on drawing up and execution of contracts.
Balance and Audit Area
Consulting and assistance on: drawing up company and group balance sheets according to civil code rules, accounting principles, fiscal regulations; drawing up and analysis of both financial and capital budgests. External auditing.
Insolvency and Corporate Restructuring Area
Pre-bankruptcy consulting and assistence: financial and economic crisis analysis, processing recovery programmes, voluntary winding-up with or without creditors' agreement. Bankruptcy professional activity performed in different processes according to bankruptcy law and including working with judges. (Trustee in bankruptcy, court-appointed liquidator etc.).
Management Consulting Area: Management, Control and Finance
Assistence to companies in organization, planning and both management and strategic control. Consulting in corporate finance.
Extraordinary Finance Area
Consulting and assistance in extraordinary transactions: acquisitions and sales of business concerns; take-overs, mergers, splits, vestings, company trasformations, joint-ventures.
No Profit and Sporting Companies Area
Assistence to No Profit Associations and Sporting Companies in organization, planning and both management. Consulting in corporate finance.
Other Services Area
Through the connection with other studies, societies of advising, trust companies and of review, societies of services, come as an example carried out from the study other performances to service of the enterprises which:
- practical in C.C.I.A.A.; Chamber of Commerce;
- predisposition social books, book keeping books, etc.;
- held activity of the accounting for small enterprises;
- activity of review and certification of the budget and the accounting;
- corporate structure and quality;
- computer science advising;
- emergency plans.
What we would like from membership
From the Association and its members we expect to receive if necessary, some information regarding legislation in their country; an exchange of ideas and uses on book - keeping, support in case of initiatives abroad of our clients.
In addition to this, we think useful to have some refrents for commercial contacts, constitution of enterprises abroad or research of foreign partners.
What we feel we could give to membership
To the members of the Association we can offer the same services, the same consultant's advice, exactly the same help that we ask them.
We can be an Italian support for the clients of the associates who are going to undertake commercial initiatives in our country. We can look for italian partners for the clients of the associates.
